Stage 1 - Site Survey & Constraints
The first stage of our arboricultural consultancy service consists of a visit to the site and a thorough survey. We are then able to produce a constraints plan and the associated report.

Stage 2 - Impact Assessment
The arboricultural consultant will consider the development proposals to identify potential conflict with trees on site and advise accordingly.

Stage 4 - Planting design to satisfy planning condition
We will prepare a detailed planting plan to mitigate tree losses, visually enhance the site, and improve biodiversity.
Stage 3 - Method Statement & Tree Protection Plan
Our arboricultural consultant will suggest options or alternative solutions and produce a plan to circumvent identified tree constraints.

About Arboricultural Consultant, Mike Nicholas
Mike Nicholas founded MPN Landplan in 1988 after successful completion of a landscaping diploma at Askham Bryan College, a short period at Stoke-on-Trent Parks Department, and a subsequent eight year commitment with Hillier Landscapes.
After achieving a Level 4 Diploma in Arboriculture (Dip 4 Arb L4 (ABC)), MPN Landplan is able to provide Arboricultural Consultancy services, including tree consultation and informing subsequent site landscaping proposals.
